This is a series of lessons I have created on how to draw shapes and type text on digital photographs. In each lesson I use a different photo editing program running on a Macintosh computer.
It did not surprise me that after creating a series of lessons on how to resize a digital photograph I was asked to create a lesson on how to write on a photograph. Writing on photographs was a very popular activity among my students when I started teaching digital photography. My students were quite eager to learn how to make birthday cards, party invitations and posters of their poetry. They came up with many interesting ideas of things they could do that involved drawing shapes or typing text on a photograph.
